Trend Scouting BY ENGIE Germany

A Skype conference to evaluate trends in the most interesting markets among those shared with employees.

ENGIE Germany has set up a pilot project for its employees: a microtendance monitor. Since April 1, 2019, a hundred employees receive a trend every day. Interesting trends and concrete business ideas can lead to a pilot project that will be proposed for evaluation during Innovation Week.
