The conference will attempt to answer the following questions:
- How to get more people to take the plunge and do open innovation?
- How to make this approach a permanent part of companies’ management practices?
- What are the most effective tools to use?
- What can be done to strengthen the links between private and public actors?
The conference will include panel discussions and debates on the morning of November 13th.
Jean-Louis Blanc, ENGIE’s Sales, Innovation and New Business Director will give a speech on the theme of "How to develop a culture of open innovation".
Conference program:
8:30 to 8:50: Introduction by Pierre Gattaz (Chairman of Medef), Fréderic Doche (Vice-President of the Centrale Alumni Association) and Hervé Biausser (Director, CentraleSupélec)
8:50 to 9:10: “Open Innovation: visions and actions” will present the respective visions, indicators and proposals from the Medef and Centraliens
9:10 to 10:10: Round table: "How to develop a culture of open innovation? "
10:10 to 11:10: Round table "What tools to use?"
11:20 to 12:20: Round Table "What ecosystem-related initiatives to use? "
12:20 to 12:30: Launch of the collective intelligence method
12h30 - 13h: Conclusion by Roux Bezieux (Vice-President of MEDEF) and another well-know person in the field (Axelle Lemaire, Secretary of State in charge of Digital Affairs or Louis Schweitzer, General Commissioner for Investment)
