ENGIE is sponsoring the event again this year, alongside Qwant, Finance Innovation, PwC and 70 other media and ecosystem partners.
The competition aims to promote economic and social development in Africa by highlighting its innovative startups. It helps give a boost to high-potential African startups by connecting them to a network of leading international companies in the field of innovation.
Registration for the competition is open from October 2nd to December 10th, 2017. Startups located in Africa, those founded by a member of the African diaspora and those founded outside the continent but that want to settle there are eligible to join.
StartupInfo and the various contest partners will be awarding a number of prizes.
ENGIE will present a Special Award for an innovative startup in the field of energy at the finale, which will take place on January 24th and 25th, 2018, in Casablanca.
