IdeXlab automates intermediation between technical / scientific experts and enterprises.

“With over a 100 million contacts, after only 3 years of existence, ideXlab revealed itself to be an absolute must-use innovation platform”, says Jean-Louis Liévin, former Director of Research and Innovation at British Telecom in London before he founded and headed ideXlab, a data base which allows decision makers or R&D managers to have instant access to the most suitable solutions.

“Open innovation has moved from a curiosity phase to an experimentation phase and is now being deployed”, explains this innovation specialist, fully aware of the fact that, today, innovation is completely different from what it was in the past. In fact, he was one of the pioneers of Open Data operation in France. “Today is more about the eco-system, far more dynamic as well as more international!”

IdeXlab is based on the semantic analysis of tens of million publications (technical or scientific, official publications or patent filing), accessible through Open Access... Public data is then analysed in order to establish profiles of experts and researchers who show remarkable activity in their area of knowledge.

Whether it is to build a financing file, study innovative ideas or hire an expert… ideXlab’s purpose is to link large companies (e.g. Airbus, Thales, Safran…) but also smaller entities with professionals in any discipline to help them optimize their operations and solve their technical, scientific or marketing problems.
