“Big cities are highly attractive to populations and most of all they are creation spaces. A smart city is a city that dares”, declared Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris, in her opening speech at the Smart City Forum. Speakers and start-up creators successively took the floor to share experience and discuss innovative solutions.
How do you coproduce a smart city?
