MATCHING ENERGY

Matching Energy is an affinity platform that uses “gaming” modes to connect potential candidates with ENGIE Group ambassadors on the basis of their personality. It highlights which are the preferred soft skills, triggers discussions without taboos, and demonstrates the reality of TrueTalk policy.

Matching Energy breaks all the usual codes of hiree/company relationship, both on the substance and on the form, to attract those who will be willing to co-construct. Strong results regarding adoption and engagement, after a LinkedIn campaign, that made us appear in “success” radars of LinkedIn US. 26,000 visits, 10,000 experiences tested, over 3,000 contacts with ambassadors, and a pool of 1,350 potential candidates.
