A cookie is a file stored by a server on a user’s device (computer, phone, etc.) and associated with a web domain (i.e., in most cases, all pages of the same website). This file is automatically sent back during subsequent contacts with the same domain:
• HTTP Cookies (or connection tokens): A set of information placed on your device’s hard drive (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) by a server when you visit a website. They are listed in a subdirectory of your browser’s folder and are then sent back to the server with each new request you make.
• Flash Cookies (or local shared objects): A set of information placed on your device’s hard drive by a server when you visit a website.
• Web Beacons (or invisible pixels): Computer code instructing your browser to make a request to a server that will retain information related to the origin of this request (notably by retaining the computer referrer) and will place a small transparent image on your device’s hard drive along with other HTTP and/or Flash Cookies. Pixels as image files are listed in a subdirectory of your browser’s folder.
• Execution of JavaScript codes: Pieces of computer code in JavaScript language received after a request made to a server and executed by your browser to collect information related to your device and its usage.
The use of cookies on a website or mobile application is governed by specific regulations, notably by Article 82 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms (hereinafter the “Loi Informatique & Libertés”). Not activating these cookies would prevent us from studying how you interact with our site and, in the long term, from offering content tailored to our visitors’ expectations. These cookies require the user’s prior consent under the conditions set out in Article 4.

• A “Customize” button provides access to the consent management table, offering the user the ability to manage their preferences according to the category of cookie purposes. This setting is done through switches. The switch for essential cookies is activated by default and cannot be deactivated. The switches for other cookie purposes are deactivated by default and can be activated by the user.
• A “Refuse” link allows you to oppose the use of all cookies used on the site (except for essential cookies exempt from consent). When the user chooses to click on the “Continue without accepting” link, this choice is interpreted as a refusal.
Except for cookies exempt from consent (technical and functional cookies), the placement and/or implementation of a category of cookie on the site only occurs if the user has accepted either all cookies (“Allow All” button) or the specifically concerned category of cookies (“Allow Selection” button).
If you have made an initial choice and wish to change it, go to the bottom of the web page by clicking on “Cookie Preferences,” the consent management tool. When the banner is displayed, you can make a new choice. You can either: accept all cookies, refuse all cookies, or allow the selection of cookies according to your choices.
