Detailed Description

The aim of this call for projects is to identify innovative solutions for digital services and/or products that could help technicians get faster access to problem sites and to give them better technical information about equipment systems, letting them better analyze and repair problems in practical, transportable and efficient ways:

- Locating technical equipment on a schematic map or in a building via a search engine to help guide the user

- Make all the necessary technical information about the equipment available to the user

Throughout France, nearly 10,000 COFELY Services technicians are called to work on more than 60,000 sites to manage maintenance, repairs and the operation of technical equipment (heating and air-conditioning systems, etc.). Large amounts of information about these systems, their environments, their functioning and their location are in existence, and are available through a variety of platforms:

- 2D and 3D schematic maps that show technical equipment in AutoCAD, Solidworks, PDMS formats, etc.

- Technical data about the equipment: spec sheets, operating manuals, procedural information, purchase records and maintenance history, etc.

- Computer programs for CMMS and supervision

- Technical maintenance and management schedules

- Suitability of the project for the subject matter
