The Innovation Maze

10 teams of 6 will take part in an innovation themed maze, comprising of four stations:

• Build a wind farm
• Cycle challenge
• Analytics Test
• ENGIE Buzz wire

Over two hours the teams will complete the stations and the team with the highest points on the day will win all expenses paid trip to Paris to visit CRIGEN, ENGIE Fab and ENGIE Digital.

We will also hold the final of our internal SMART Building Call for Project. The six finalists all ENGIE employees will pitch for support from the audience and then complete a mini bootcamp focused on the LEAN Canvas model. At the end of this the finalists will pitch their idea to a panel of judges. The winner will be awarded an ipad and the chance to develop their idea with the energy with services strategic team.

The day is a real celebration of internal innovation across ENGIE over the last 12 months.
