The Submitter certifies that s/he is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights and, by default, that s/he has all the necessary permissions regarding the intellectual and industrial property rights associated with the project or patent at issue. S/he guarantees that ENGIE will not be beholden to any claims or litigation whatsoever from a third party concerning the intellectual and industrial property rights associated with the skills/expertise or patent presented, nor to its financial consequences and ramifications, which they declare to be their own personal matter.
The Submitter certifies that s/he is not subject to any obligations concerning his or her project or patent and the various creations that it may result in, which could limit his or her capacity as a Submitter to the “ENGIE Innovation” platform.
ENGIE will in no case be held liable if a project or its constituent parts reproduce protected material.
Submission of a skill/expertise or patent by a Submitter on “ENGIE Innovation” will not be interpreted as giving ENGIE or people authorized by ENGIE the permission for any commercial or industrial use of the skill/expertise or patent.
ENGIE agrees to keep secret the information it will discover in examining the skills/expertise or patents submitted by the Submitter: this information will not be able to be shared without the express permission of the Submitter. Each Submitter will be the sole judge of the appropriateness and the means by which such confidential information will be protected by exercising this right.
ENGIE reserves the right to ask the Submitter to provide proof of the information collected about the skills/expertise or patent. Any inexact or false declaration, or any fraud, will lead to the immediate termination of the relationship between ENGIE and the Submitter.
ENGIE will not be held responsible for any fraud that may be committed by the Submitter. In the event that the Submitter breaches these terms, ENGIE reserves the right to terminate relations with the Submitter, and will be have no claim to anything whatsoever from ENGIE.
5. Personal information

Your data is collected on the basis of consent in order to be able to contact you for collaboration with the ENGIE Group following your response to a call for proposals or your proposal for an innovative solution.
