This call aims to identify partners wishing to develop an innovative and/or ecologically virtuous project, while developing a brownfield site (1,019 m²) belonging to ENGIE, in the town of Précy-sur-Oise (France).
This call for projects is open to all project leaders from :
The development projects submitted must be compatible with the characteristics of the land (described below) and may be:
The selected project must have the approval of the local authority (municipality, if necessary the agglomeration community).
- an ecologically responsible approach in order to give back an activity/utility to an industrial wasteland located in a favourable environment,
- the promotion of an innovative and virtuous project.
ENGIE's real estate assets are mainly marked by the industrial history of Gaz de France. Approximately 80% of the real estate assets owned by ENGIE were once used for gas activities.
These activities having ceased in the early 1970s, ENGIE has since gradually undertaken a process of reconverting these real estate assets as part of its responsible environmental policy.
It is within this framework that the CSP I&L of ENGIE GBS (Real Estate and Logistics Shared Services Center of ENGIE Global Business Support which is the Business Unit in charge of the support functions of ENGIE) launches a call for the reconversion of a wasteland in the town of Précy-sur-Oise (France).
The 1019 m² plot of land (cadastral section AE number 239) is located in Précy-sur-Oise - Quai de l'Oise - Chemin du Halage.
The site is located on the banks of the Oise between the Chemin de Halage (or Quai de l'Oise) to the south and the railroad to the north.
The immediate environment is little built-up, and essentially composed of natural spaces along the banks of the Oise.
The main information on the urban situation of the site is the following:
- Prohibitions: all constructions or land uses subject to building permit or prior declaration.
- Authorizations subject to conditions:
o equipment of general interest for open-air sports and their accompanying constructions (maximum space of 0.1%, maximum overall surface area of 50 m², waterproofing of the floor by construction on a berm or piling)
o recreational installations linked to the presence of water (water sports, fishing, hunting, etc.) with a maximum right of way of 0.1%, maximum overall surface area of 20 m² and the floor must be protected from the water by construction on an embankment or pilings
You can download the presentation document of the site which is attached at the bottom of this page.
- the prohibition of vegetable gardens and orchards in the open ground or using the land of the site,
