ENGIE Cofely, an energy and environmental services company within the ENGIE Group, is seeking tailor-made solutions for its industrial customers to be able to provide new services or processes to their employees in order to meet their needs and increase their satisfaction. The solution will be integrated into a comprehensive approach towards serving end-users and producing energy savings.


ENGIE Cofely is looking for solutions and/or tools to improve daily life for the employees of its industrial customers. The solutions should aim to improve the quality of life at work, to satisfy the needs and expectations of end users and to improve the relationship between ENGIE Cofely’s teams and end users as part of a B2B2C approach.

This call for projects is part of a broader trend towards refocusing on final customers so that all of ENGIE Cofely’s services are more attentive to the needs and expectations of end users and what they provide.

This solution could take one of the following forms:

  • A process or application to improve the customer focus of ENGIE Cofely teams
  • A satisfaction survey that goes beyond the traditional survey questions to address the end user and improve the data collected
  • New services like business concierge and beyond
  • Parcel delivery to their place of business 
  • Babysitting / Child Services
  • Dry cleaning
  • Folding new services into Facility Management (FM)
  • Leisure services (activities, sports, relaxation space)
  • Health services
  • etc.

Rewards and benefits for finalists and/or winners:

Six finalists will be selected to promote their solutions during a pitch session at the Loiret Industrial Event (in the evening of Thursday, December 7th) to be held at the digital incubator LabO d'Orléans with numerous representatives from industrial groups and representatives from ENGIE Cofely and LabO.

Depending on the quality of the proposals and the committee’s remarks, the winners will be able to:

  • test large scale prototypes on our facilities
  • be included in ENGIE Cafely's responses to tenders
  • get guaranteed visibility at special events, in the press and through partners

 ENGIE Cofely designs and operates innovative and sustainable solutions for its customers, including:

  • Improved energy and environmental performance
  • Local production of renewable energies
  • Services integration /Facilities Management (FM)

When responding to calls for tenders, ENGIE Cofely want to be able to include solutions that improve the professional lives of end users on a daily basis and to account for their personal desires to improve overall satisfaction for its industrial customers. The solution will be integrated into a comprehensive approach that serves end users and focused on saving energy.

This solution could take one of the following forms:

Selection procedure and provisional timetable 

  • October 1st, 2017: Launch of the call for projects
  • November 20th, 2017: Deadline for applications
  • November 20th-24th, 2017: shortlist of finalists
  • December 7th, 2017: Pitches from finalist projects for the selection committee during the Loiret Industrial Event (evening of Thursday, December 7th) at the digital incubator LabO d'Orléans, between 7 pm and 9 pm, results afterwards.
