"We are thrilled to bring new ways of working for field teams and customers using state-of-the-art digital intelligence and AI/ ML technologies.
2021 proved to be an award-winning year for Vyntelligence - who ranked number 23 in the 2021 Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50, a list of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in the UK. They were also declared the Best Smart Network Solution & Standout Performer in the Publicis-Sapient Global Energy Tech Awards. This followed a great recognition in 2020 as the Free Electrons programme winner, awarded by 10 top Global Utilities.
Vyntelligence Co-founder & CEO, Kapil Singhal, said, "We are thrilled to be recognised - for the first time - as a Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 company. This is a clear indication of our continued upward trajectory empowering a faster build-up of green energy & communications infrastructure, thus maintaining the pressure towards net zero and price controls.”
2021 required companies to turn inwards and focus on developing talent and arming their workforce with the right tools to succeed in difficult times. With ageing workforces and early retirement trends, capturing expertise in a reusable way has become even more pressing.
Accordingly, Vyntelligence focused their attention on digitally upskilling, sometimes inexperienced, frontline workers with SmartVideoNotes, using storyboards to guide them on their everyday jobs. This is core to the Vyn Remote Work Assurance Solution and has helped improve quality focus & reduce quality defects in everyday operational activities.
In fact, one of Vyntelligence's clients, a leading network infrastructure operator, deployed Vyn to their third party contractors for site asset installations and delivered a 68% reduction in work defects and a 93% reduction in handover audit failures. Read more about their achievements.
Covid19 has created sizable challenges over the past year or so, but also unique opportunities to personalise community engagement. With remote working a requirement, Vyntelligence turned to new ways of engaging these communities using video as data - creating a more efficient, digital process.
The Efficient Customer Engagement solution enabled remote work and delivered a better customer experience for our clients. While Vyn have helped their clients keep their field workers safe by using SmartVideo for remote supervision, they have also provided a mechanism for a number of utilities (both gas and water) to move their customers to a digital self-serve process guided by Vyn.
In one example, customers have been reporting their water leaks and issues using Vyn SmartVideoNotes. By enabling remote triage, investigatory visits were reduced by 32% and NPS improved by arriving with the right team, tools and insight to fix customer issues on that first visit.
Another use of Vyn for customers has been to guide them in recording a pre-installation video for new connections & issue reporting to avoid surveyor site visits. Since implementation, a 100% job completion record has been achieved, with reduced customer complaints and all complaints are reported via Vyn and responded to within the 48 hour SLA.
"We are thrilled to bring new ways of working for field teams and customers using state-of-the-art digital intelligence and AI/ ML technologies. The repeatable efficiencies created, using everyday devices for remote working, are helping businesses build faster towards a newer, more sustainable world".
