An all-in-one offer called EIDERIS
Last September, ENGIE Home Services launched an all-in-one innovative package, under its own brand with 4 key objectives :
- generate a new profitable business by retaining customers and capturing new ones
- differentiate from competitors
- leverage the ENGIE brand in order to strengthen ENGIE Home Services’ leading position on the market
- optimize maintenance interventions and decrease operating costs
This new service was designed to answer customer’s expectations, considering that a perfect offer would be a package including “a very performant boiler with a modulating thermostat under the brand ENGIE Home Services, at a competitive price, with a complete range of services”.
An innovative service : the remote follow-up of the boiler
Developed together with the digital platform eCare, the real innovation relies on the capacity to remotely follow-up the boiler in order to detect breakdown.
