GDF SUEZ is releasing robots into museums and offices

The next time you find yourself contemplating a painting in a museum, you may run into Diya One, though it won't be there just to enjoy itself. The robot measures humidity and levels and air quality, changing them if necessary, in order to improve conditions for visitors and artworks alike. Cofely Services, a GDF SUEZ subsidiary, has just acquired six of these robots from the French startup Partnering Robotics, founded in 2007 by Ramesh Caussy. The company makes them itself in Cergy-Pontoise, in Ile-de-France.
