Mobilee, digital and AI for operational efficiency

Could you tell us a bit about your solution and what makes it innovative?

Mobilee is a transformation project designed to simplify and industrialise our operating model to meet the needs of our three business solutions: Buildings, Industry and Networks and make life easier for our 8,000 technicians, our operational teams and our customers.

The 4 main challenges of the Mobilee project are:

• Improving operational performance 
• Modernising and simplifying tools for technicians and operational teams
• Streamlining the digital ecosystem, making the most of data, developing AI services
• Building loyalty among our operational teams, particularly our technicians

Mobilee is fully in line with the Group’s drive for industrialisation and standardisation.  

What will you be presenting at Vivatech? 

Our presentation at Viva Tech will be in the form of a round-table discussion. 

We will explain how our technicians will use our new Mobilee platform based on Salesforce technology and the Fields Services Management module. We will show the link between Mobilee and the Techhelp solution developed using generative AI.

What do you expect from Viva Technology? 

Taking part in Viva Technology is an opportunity for our GBU to show how this project illustrates the operational transformation through digital. We’ll be showing the general public how our businesses are changing and how digital technology is helping us to be more effective in tackling the energy transition and decarbonising our customers.

Viva Technology will provide internal and external visibility for the project and confirm the innovative dimension of our digital ecosystem.  This project epitomises the acceleration of transformation in the service of performance, thanks to digital technology. 

What’s your next challenge? 

Mobilee’s next big challenge is international deployment within the GBU, starting with Italy and then the other regions. 

What question would you have liked me to ask you?

“What are the keys to success for a project with such a large impact (8,000 technicians) in terms of the users involved?”

For this type of project to succeed, starting from the ground up and involving the operational teams upstream and during the project are keys to success, as is the choice of solution.
